<a href="https://www.espanlava.fi/en/frontpage" data-type="link" data-id="https://www.espanlava.fi/en/frontpage">The Espa Stage</a> is going to fill the Esplanade Park with music, theatre, dance and children’s events from 16 May to 30 August 2025. This summer, around 300 performances will grace the stage – all free of charge and suitable for all ages. Acts to take the stage include Minna Tervamäki and DanceWorks Helsinki (4 June), Meiju Suvas (6 June), Jimi Tenor Band (25 June), Sonja Selene (27 June), Pelle Miljoona Band (18 July) and Kissa (25 July).



On Helsinki Day 12&nbsp;June, the Helsinki slang association Stadin Slangi ry will announce the recipients of the honorary titles of Stadin Friidu and Kundi for 2025. Music for the occasion will be provided by&nbsp;Frederik,&nbsp;who will be singing in slang, Harri Saksala&nbsp;and&nbsp;slang choir Slangikuoro. The main event for the evening will be the troubadour duo&nbsp;Kalevauva.fi, who take their inspiration from online discussion boards.&nbsp;
